Kelly L. Bloom, age 37, of 62430 Locust Road, South Bend, Indiana, formerly of Plymouth, Indiana, passed away on Friday, January 9, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. at her home.
Kelly was born on August 31, 1971, in Plymouth, to Terry R. and Ann (Stockinger) Bloom. She was a graduate of Plymouth High School in the Class of 1989. She was employed by the Brass Rail Restaurant, in Plymouth. Kelly was a proud aunt and loved spending time with her two nieces, Jia and Lauren.
Kelly is survived by her mother, Ann Bloom of Plymouth; her sister Shari Bloom and her daughter Jia Bloom of Plymouth; and her brother Gale and Christina Bloom and their daughter Lauren Bloom of South Bend. She was preceded in death by her father Terry Bloom.
A time of visiting with Kelly's family will be on Tuesday, January 13, 2009, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the VAN GILDER FUNERAL HOME, 300 West Madison Street, Plymouth, Indiana, 46563.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday, January 13, 2009, at 3:00 p.m., at the VAN GILDER FUNERAL HOME, with the Rev. Dennis Wenzel, pastor of the Immanuel Lutheran Church, officiating.
Burial will be in New Oak Hill Cemetery, Plymouth.
Memorial donations may be made, in Kelly's name, to the charity of the donor's choice.
