Herbert was born on January 30, 1944, to Silas and
Kathryn Fisher.
He is survived by his daughter, Angel Hickor of Meridian, Idaho; his sisters, Gail Pontius of Sebring, and Wilma Eby of Argos, Indiana.
VAN GILDER FUNERAL HOME, 300 West Madison Street, Plymouth, Indiana, 46563, handled the local arrangements and Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home & Crematory, in Sebring, handled the private family service in Florida.
