James D. "J.D." Watson, age 57, of 1332 Warana Drive, Plymouth, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2009, at 4:20 a.m. at his home.
J.D. was born on September 12, 1952, in Plymouth, to Charles "Bill" and Jean (Goodman) Watson. He lived in Plymouth most of his life and worked as a roofer. He was a member of the American Legion Post as the son of an America Legion member.
J.D. is survived by his mother, Jean Watson of Plymouth; his son, Gabriel Watson of California; his sisters, Andrea "Andy" and Stan Bunch of Columbus, Indiana, Sara Lisa and Dan Doody of Bourbon, Indiana, Jennifer Sue and Tom Read of Plymouth; his brothers, Bill and Lois Watson of Plymouth, Timothy A. "Homer" and Jeannie Watson of Plymouth, Charles M. and Della Watson of Argos, Indiana, and Jon G. and Kathy Watson of Rochester, Indiana. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. J.D. was preceded in death by his daughter, Haley Corrine and his father, Charles "Bill" Watson.
There will be no visitation. A private memorial service has been held .
