James Resendez, age 60, of 837 North 7th Street, Plymouth, Indiana, passed away at 3:15 p.m., on Thursday, February 26, 2009, at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth.
James was born on October 19, 1948, in Elkhart County, Indiana, to Paul and Aurora (Jossa) Resendez. They moved to Plymouth, from Milford, Indiana, 35 years ago.
James is survived by his brother, Paul Resendez, Jr. of Plymouth; and his sisters, Jose Tervoine of Texas, Delores Murshland of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Mary Rose Houghton of LaPaz, Indiana, and Rosemary Polviski of Auburn, Indiana. James was preceded in death his parents and his brothers, Robert J. Resendez, Milton Resendez, and Rudy Resendez.
A time of visiting with the Resendez family will be on Tuesday, March 3, 2009, from Noon to 2:00 p.m. at the VAN GILDER FUNERAL HOME, 300 West Madison Street, Plymouth, Indiana, 46563. There will be no funeral services. Cremation will take place.
