Just heard about this. Ken was a kind-hearted soul which made a lasting impression on a young high school student at Divine Heart Seminary. His family should be proud to have counted him in their clan. May his memory live on.

I am very sorry for your loss.
I knew Mr. Powell from my days at Divine Heart Seminary. I was a student and graduated from there in 1977. I remember Everett Worsham talking about going fishing with Mr. Powell.

I can truly say I've known Kenny my whole life having grown up as his next door neighbor. I consider it a great honor to have known him. I will miss seeing him out on the porch. My prayers are with the entire family.

It is so hard to believe that Pap has been gone a month already! We miss him more than anyone could know! He was the sweetest man I have ever known! We love and miss you Pap!
